This Training Fees Refund Agreement is designed for salons who wish to pay for a training course or courses for a salon employee.
This Training Fees Refund Agreement allows the employer to claw back course training fees and any salary that has been paid in the event that the employee leaves before any benefit is gained by the employer from the training course calculated on a sliding scale and authorises the employer to make deductions from wages.
