Salon Business

The Salon Managers Academy was developed as a resource for but not inclusive to Independent Salon Owners and Managers here in the UK, I welcome enquires from independent salons and salon groups here in the UK, Australia, Europe, and the United States of America. The term, Salon Business is very broad but for me in my role with you, it means those aspects of the Salon Business that encourage salon team members to be the best they can be understanding and accepting (because they choose to) that they are individual profit centres with a continuous role to play in salon business development.
